LEASE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PARTIES
In this agreement, YAKAYA TURİZM İNŞ VE OTOMOTİV GIDA OTO KİRALAMA İTH. İHR. SAN.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (referred to as the LESSOR) will be mentioned. The individual or entity whose personal information and signature are included in the lease agreement and who has rented the vehicle will be referred to as the LESSEE. The vehicle described on the printed pre-protocol page of the lease agreement or leased under this agreement will be referred to as the VEHICLE.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
For economic class vehicles, individuals must be at least 23 years old and have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. For mid-size class vehicles, they must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years. For premium class vehicles, they must be at least 27 years old and have a valid driver’s license for 4 years. For luxury class vehicles, they must be at least 30 years old and have a valid driver’s license for 5 years to benefit from 724RENT car rental services.
The LESSEE must comply with the highway regulations and the applicable laws. In case of penalties arising from violations of the laws and regulations, such as traffic fines, vehicle impoundment, and towing, the LESSEE is responsible for all expenses.
The LESSEE is responsible for any fines, penalties, or expenses resulting from traffic violations, including towing and impoundment of the rental vehicle and any other expenses related to accidents caused by the LESSEE.
The vehicle is leased to the LESSEE for the rental period, and the LESSEE agrees to use the vehicle in accordance with the lease agreement, vehicle delivery form, and these general terms. The LESSEE also agrees to pay the rental fees on time and fulfill all obligations set out in the lease agreement, vehicle delivery form, and these general terms.
If the LESSEE requests additional services such as GPS navigation, mobile internet (Wi-Fi), a baby seat, snow tires, or HGS (highway toll pass), they must pay an additional fee.
By signing this agreement, the LESSEE acknowledges receiving the vehicle in undamaged condition, with all five tires (including the spare) in perfect condition, including the tools, documents, and all accessories. The LESSEE agrees to return the vehicle at the specified location in full and in the same condition, unless otherwise agreed upon. The LESSEE acknowledges that they received the vehicle in good mechanical and body condition, with no damage or signs of an accident unless otherwise specified in the delivery form. The LESSEE must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and record any damages or defects in the vehicle delivery and damage report form. The LESSEE is responsible for any damages not specified in the delivery form at the time of receiving the vehicle.
The LESSEE agrees to pay, upon the first request and within the time specified in the request, all damages and penalties resulting from misuse or negligence, including any mechanical or electrical issues that are not covered by the insurance policy, and any claims from third parties.
The LESSEE agrees to comply with the instructions in the vehicle’s user manual provided by the manufacturer, to exercise the necessary care and caution while using the vehicle, and to avoid causing any damage.
